Within Windows 2000 and Windows XP there is no command (as such) to hibernate or suspend the workstation from the command line, however it can be achieved by calling an individual routine from within a DLL.
To hibernate / suspend the workstation from the command line:
Enter: rundll32 powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState
