Rok temu (dokładnie 10.7.2025) kupiłem Lexar 32GB (2x16GB) 6000 CL30 Ares RGB za 450zł brutto. Wczoraj padła jedna kość. Zakładam, że z uznaniem reklamacji nie będzie problemu (gwarancja dożywotnia) ale chyba nie ma sensu reklamować. Tzn kasę oddadzą ale za tą kwotę nic nie kupie. Wątpię aby wymienili pamięć na nową.

Macie jakieś doświadczenie w tym temacie?

Na razie naspałem maila do lexara z zapytaniem czy wymienią wadliwą kość i jeśli się nie zgodzą to chyba nic nie będę robić, a co najwyżej czekać aż ceny spadną.

Nie wiem jak Lexar ale tak robi np. Samsung. Reklamowałem padnięty SSD chwilę po tym jak ceny poszły do góry. Nie miałem paragonu. Po prostu napisałem, że kupiłem używkę, bez papierów. Wymienili na podstawie daty produkcji.

  no to ja ze swojego doswiadczenia powiem, ze Gskill mi wymienil na RMA ale musialem dostarczyc dowod zakupu, TONE skanow, zdjec, filmikow z objawow.
  Kazali odeslac na moj koszt gdzies do EU (centrala Taiwan), czekalem z miesiac na decyzje - potem odeslali na swoj koszt (obie kosci bo to byl KIT)

Please, follow the below steps in order to be able to assist you accordingly.

1. Check the compatibility between the motherboard and the memory: Incompatibilities may also cause failure to boot.

2. Check whether the memory is inserted correctly: The slot may be improperly inserted or inserted backwards.

3.Test whether a single memory can be used: If it is a set of memory, remove one and keep one memory to try to boot whether it can be normal or not .(if the customer installs two memory).

4.BIOS restore default: Remove BIOS battery and reinstall (if none of the above steps can solve it).

A2.1. Please update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version.

2.2. It is recommended to install the memory in the A2/B2 slot. At the same time, clean the contact pinds, ensure that the installation is well-mounted, and restart the machine.

2.3, If the use of a period of time after the failure, please check the computer cable, interface connection is normal or not; Try to remove the motherboard button battery, wait 5 minutes and then install it, restart.

2.4, Please use a single memory to test (if it is XMP memory, make sure that XMP is enabled), to eliminate a single memory problem.

A3.1. Check whether the motherboard supports DDR with the same capacity and frequency or not. If the motherboard is incompatible, replace the memory .

3.2. First rule out whether there is poor connection, the slot has been not used for some time, may have dust and the dust do affect the connection, you can try to repeat several times to remove and insert the memory;

3.3. If you change to a compatible motherboard and exclude the cause of poor connection or cannot be identified.

  jak sprzedawca dostanie nowe pamięci to Tobie odda pieniądze, a kości sprzeda.
  
  Nie zdziwię się jak będziesz zmuszony wysłać cały set (dwie kości).
