Cztery z nich to wysokowydajne rdzenie P, a cztery pozostałe to rdzenie efektywne E. Te pierwsze działają z prędkością do 4,8GHz, podczas gdy ich słabsi bracia są taktowani zegarem do 4,2GHz. Model ten jest bezpośrednim następcą Core i3 14100 i dzieli z Core 5 255 ten sam układ IGP – z dwoma rdzeniami Xe.
